Opened in 1966, our restaurant was the first in the region. We quickly made a name for ourselves – mainly because of our great schnitzels. We have refined our cuisine over the decades, but we have remained true to the culinary traditions of the Rhine Valley. We have also remained true to our philosophy of high quality and regional products. Over many years, we have built strong relationships with local farmers. And we still shoot our own game. And of course, our great schnitzels are still on the menu today.
